Agentic AI Design Sprint

From use case to concrete agent design in 3–4 days. Process mapping, architecture, compliance check, and PoC specification – all in one compact sprint.

The Problem

You know you want AI – but not HOW the actual agent should look. A typical situation:

Use case identified, but agent design is missing: What can the agent do? What can't it? Where does it need human approval?

Process not AI-ready: Manual steps, media breaks, missing data – the process needs to be understood and prepared first.

Compliance requirements unclear: What data may the agent process? Which EU AI Act risk class does it fall into?

Build vs. buy undecided: UiPath? LangChain? Custom? SaaS? Without an architecture sketch, there's no informed decision.

The Sprint: 3–4 Days

1

Process Deep Dive

Day 1

Understand the as-is process, map data flows, conduct stakeholder interviews. Deliverable: process map (as-is), data landscape, pain points.

2

Agent Design

Day 2

Define capabilities, determine autonomy level, sketch architecture. Deliverable: agent profile, capability catalog, architecture sketch.

3

Compliance & Feasibility

Day 3

Regulatory review (EU AI Act risk class), technical feasibility, risk assessment. Deliverable: compliance check, feasibility matrix, risk register.

4

PoC Specification

Day 4 (optional)

Define scope, establish success criteria, set timeline and budget. Deliverable: PoC spec, backlog, timeline – ready for implementation.

Your Deliverables

Agent Profile

Name, purpose, autonomy level (assistive/semi-autonomous/autonomous), triggers, inputs/outputs.

Capability Catalog

5–10 capabilities with priority, feasibility, and compliance status.

Architecture Sketch

System landscape, integrations, LLM selection, data flows.

Compliance Check

EU AI Act risk class, data protection implications, governance requirements.

PoC Specification

Scope, success criteria, timeline, budget indication, and go/no-go recommendation. Ready for implementation with a delivery partner.

Next step: With the PoC specification in hand, move straight into an AI Agent Program – from implementation to production rollout.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Design Sprint cost?
Starting at EUR 8,000 as a fixed price for 3–4 days. Includes all deliverables: agent profile, architecture sketch, compliance check, and PoC specification.
Do I need an AI Readiness Assessment first?
Not necessarily. If you have already identified a clear use case, you can start directly with the Design Sprint.
How many people should participate?
Ideally 4–6 people: business unit (process owner), IT/architecture, compliance/data protection, and a decision-maker.

Use case clear, agent unclear?

In a brief introductory call, we'll determine whether a Design Sprint is the right next step – and which process to focus on.
