§ 2 Service Description
2.1 Digital Compliance Checks (Detailed Analyses)
We offer paid digital detailed analyses via our website (currently: EU AI Act Compliance Check – Detailed Analysis and NIS2 Compliance Check – Detailed Analysis). These include:
- A structured online questionnaire on the respective compliance topics
- An AI-powered evaluation of the responses
- A personalized report with risk assessment and prioritized action plan
- Delivery as web view and PDF download
The detailed analyses are one-time digital services – not subscriptions. The service is provided immediately and completely after successful payment.
2.2 No Legal or Tax Advice
The digital compliance checks do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or a binding compliance assessment. They serve as an initial orientation and do not replace individual review by qualified legal or compliance advisors. Results are based on user-provided data and AI-powered analysis – completeness and accuracy are not guaranteed.
2.3 Consulting Services
Individual consulting services (e.g. AI Readiness Assessment, Agentic AI Design Sprint, Compliance Program) are not ordered via the website but governed by separate proposals and contracts. These GTC do not apply to such services.
§ 3 Contract Formation
- The presentation of digital services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum).
- By clicking the "Place binding order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the respective service.
- You will be redirected to our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) for payment processing.
- The contract is concluded upon successful payment confirmation by Stripe.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are gross prices including statutory VAT (currently 19%).
- Payment is processed via Stripe. Available payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and SEPA direct debit. No additional fees apply.
- The invoice amount is due immediately upon ordering.
§ 5 Service Delivery
- After successful payment, the questionnaire is immediately unlocked.
- After submitting the completed questionnaire, the report is generated within a few minutes and provided as a web view.
- The report is additionally available as a PDF download.
- There is no entitlement to permanent storage or availability of the report. We recommend downloading the PDF report immediately after creation.
§ 6 System Requirements
To use the digital services, you need:
- A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – current version each)
- Active internet connection
- JavaScript must be enabled
- For PDF download: PDF viewer application
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal pursuant to § 355 BGB (German Civil Code). The complete withdrawal instructions can be found at Right of Withdrawal.
Please note: As the digital service is provided immediately and completely with your express consent, your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service (§ 356 (4) BGB). You will be separately informed of this before purchase and asked for your express consent.
§ 8 Warranty and Liability
8.1 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. The digital service corresponds to the properties described in § 2. A defect exists if the service deviates from this description (§ 327e BGB).
8.2 Limitation of Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
- In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
- Liability for slight negligence is limited in amount to the contract value (purchase price of the respective service).
- We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated analyses and recommendations. Results do not replace individual legal, tax, or compliance advice.
§ 9 Copyright and Usage Rights
- Generated reports are intended for the customer's internal use.
- The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for the results.
- Sharing with third parties, publication, or commercial exploitation of reports is not permitted without our prior written consent.
§ 10 Data Protection
Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 12 Final Provisions
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- If the customer is an entrepreneur, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
- For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
- Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
