Inventory of all AI systems: in-house developed, purchased (SaaS), embedded (e.g. Copilot), RPA with AI components. Result: complete AI system register.

1–2 days

Classification of each AI system per EU AI Act Annex I–III into the four risk classes. Identification of high-risk systems and transparency obligations.

Gap Analysis

Systematic assessment against Art. 9–15 (high risk) and Art. 50–52 (transparency). Current vs. target per system: risk management, data quality, transparency, human oversight.
